i felt it to night

something I never felt

tonight , I don’t know what happened to me. I just like a crazy people

sometimes I scream and exectra.

And then I talk to my father what happened to me.

My father just said maybe I very tired with my activity.course,school and exercise cheers.he asked me to stop followed extraculicular cheers in my school’but actually I felt very confident in cheers.because what I have many friends,a good coach and exectra.

And then I went to myroom.in my room I just sit and play my handphone.i cant sleep until 12 o’clock.and then I think t listen a music.

I listen adele song’s.according to the book which I read adele song can make her listener cry.

And I try to loisten but the fact I can’t cry.

What happened to me ?

After that I went to kitchen and eat ice cream and chocolate.

And fantastic my mood change better than before.

Oh god , I really love chocolate and ice cream now.

Now I believe chocolate and ice cream can change the mood.
